Just a quick message to say thanks to all the people who have faved two of my recent works, I will try to reply to everyone with some form of comment or fav in reply soon:

Ok so I seem to have done more journal entries in the past few weeks than in the last few years... but anyway.  I am hoping to make a start on commenting on a lot of my faves over the last few years.  A hell of a project, but its a place to start at least.  Hope you all find it useful.

       

I never know what to write on these things.  However, in shameless self promotion: go check out the gallery, as I have a few bits and pieces going on there.  Simple photography at the moment and a few Photoshop tweaked ones.  

I really would appreciate any advice, comments and critiques anyone cares to offer.  I have a very steep learning curve to get through.  

Loving the summer, biking, BBQing and beaching whenever's possible - but unfortunately I have broken yet another camera.  Lens failure this time - so am spending next week hunting up a new one or tracking down a repair guy

Ok, some stuff submitted as I am learning Photoshopping.  Feel free to comment and offer any advice...

Have just picked up a new compact camera and am experimenting with that at the moment.  The macro mode seems pretty good and the quality of the photos is pretty reasonable for a compact - so here's hoping for more to submit soon
